Fibromyalgia is an 'invisable illness' with debilatating effects on the body There are many differing symptoms and levels of pain. Some people can find it impossible to get out of bed at any time of day or night. The pain can be so intense they can barely move even to use the bathroom.

The group meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 11am

We work closely with P.U.L.S.E. making referrals both ways.

Community Restart is a social inclusion servicethat supports people who experience mental health issues to reconnect with their local communities.
